In order to configure the Forum Top Posts:
1. First of all you have to finish configuring the Forum module.
2. Choose "Configure" from the module's menu.
3. At "Select Forums", Sign the checkbox next to forum/forums you created.
4. Press on "Update".

You now have a working Forum Top Posts.
